Web Developer NEW!

Location: NC

Experience:

The web developer will work with the graphic designer, project manager, product manager, and program manager to design, build, and maintain web sites.

Must have expert knowledge of the following:

• JAVA
• My SQL/PHP
• Flash (Optional)
• Must have experience working on a large projects

Requirements:

The web developer will select authoring and scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media compatible with the open source platform.

Confers with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.

Manages a team of web developers and graphic artist

Works with the usability team to resolve test issues

The web developers serve as the SMEs for documentation. Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction.

Evaluate code to ensure validity, adheres to properly structure, meets industry standards, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.

Maintain understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.

Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.

Develops and validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types

This position can work remotely or onsite based on project needs.

Must be able to travel 25%

Graphic Designer NEW!

Location: Work from home

Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet web sites.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients or supervisors and making necessary changes.
Use computer software to generate new images.
Key information into computer equipment to create layouts for client or supervisor
Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing.

Rate: $45,000 - 60,000
